The full package ideally includes:
- A Baby Shower Hamper
- A Hospital Essentials Pack
- Home Cooked Meals (or equivalent vouchers e.g. Dinner Ladies) for a week after birth
- Fresh Flowers to be delivered while in hospital

Our Pregnancy Support Package can be done in part or in full, depending on what works for you and your group, so please still consider being involved even if you cannot manage it all. FSPS will ensure every woman receives all components of the Support Package even if your group can’t do it all yourself.
How it works:
- Register your group for a Pregnancy Support Package here.
- We will match you with one of our pregnant women.
- You will receive a card outlining some basic, de-identified information about the woman (respecting her privacy but with enough information for you to bless her specifically).
- We will provide you with a list of ideas for the Baby Shower Hamper/Hospital Essentials Pack as well as all the information you need to put this package together.
- We will invite your group to our FSPS centre in Queanbeyan where we would love to host you at a time convenient for you (eg. your next monthly get-together) to share more about our motivation, passion and the exciting vision we have for the community.
